Hi! My name is Cole Axelson, and I'm sophomore at Hudson High School with a deep passion for technology and all things cameras. Photography has always drawn me in because it’s more than just capturing a moment—it’s a way to showcase the beauty of God’s creation.
Psalm 95:4-5 says "In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land."
We are so fortunate to be alive in a world that is so beautifully created, made by God's own hand. Being outside in nature lets me remain close to Him, and photography offers a way for me to capture His works and share them with others.
I really got into photography in 2024 when my brother-in-law, Aaron, gave me my first camera. My Canon Rebel T6 is not a top off the line, expensive camera, but photography isn't about the camera—it's about the person behind the camera. No matter what you have, you can take beautiful photos because this is an art. It's about sending a message, creating emotion, and seeing the world in a different frame.
Current Gear:
Camera: Canon Rebel T6
Lenses: EF 18-55mm & EF-S 70-300mm
Computer: MacBook Air 2018 (Lightroom & Photoshop)

I want to be able to explore the world God has given us to the fullest extent. So I am setting out on a journey to visit every state park in my home state of Texas. Doing this will allow me to really connect with God's nature, and see the beauty of it. You can see where I've been and my photo highlights here.
Through my photography, I want to show people the real beauty of what God has given us—to reflect  on His handiwork and reveal His glory in every single photograph I take.
